Immunity Boosters

These Immunity Boosters are packed full of Vitamin-C, using herbs like Elderberry, Astragalus, and Licorice to support the immune system. When we start to feel under the weather, the last thing we want to do is prepare healthy food. However, without proper nutrients, it's very difficult for our bodies to fight off illness. Make these boosters ahead of time so whenever you start to feel sick, you're prepared.


1) Peel & prepare fresh ingredients

2) Put all ingredients in a blender & blend 

3) Add mixture to ice cube tray 

4) Freeze overnight

5) Whenever you need it, place 4 cubes in a cup of hot water & drizzle with honey
