What forms of payment can I use?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ApplePay, Paypal, and Amazon Pay. Unfortunately we don't accept checks, cash or money orders. You can also use an INBLOOM Gift Card to pay for your order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

When will my order show up?

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm ET are processed same day. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number so you know it's on the way.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Not to worry. Contact help@tobeinbloom.com and we we'll look into it for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

You'll receive tracking information via email and your order history will be available in your INBLOOM account.

How do I use a promo code?

Just look for a field at checkout and enter it there. Keep in mind, only one code can be used per order.

What do I do if my order never came?

Please reach out to us via help@tobeinbloom.com and we'll work with you to figure out what happened.

My order is damaged or defective.

If your order is damaged or defective please contact us help@tobeinbloom.com. Please include pictures of whatever the issue may be, and we'll work with you to make it right.

My order has the wrong items, or is missing something.

If you didn't get exactly what you ordered let us know at help@tobeinbloom.com and we'll get things sorted out immediately.

We offer free Ground Shipping on every order, or you can request Overnight and Expedited shipping if you'd like your INBLOOM order to arrive even sooner.

Where does INBLOOM ship?

INBLOOM is delighted to ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We're working on offering INBLOOM all over the globe. Tag us @tobeinbloom to let us know if you need some INBLOOM where you live - we look forward to saying hello.

Am I able to edit my shipping address?

You can edit your shipping information by logging into your INBLOOM account on our website.

I'm having tracking issues. What should I do?

How distressing! Contact help@tobeinbloom.com and we'll help find out what happened. If the problem's with one of our shipping partners, we'll connect you to help you find your order.

When will my order ship?

Returns

What is your policy for returns?

Making a return or exchange for a product purchased from tobeinbloom.com is easy. Just make sure you send your unopened product(s) back to us within 28 days of receiving your order together with a copy of your order confirmation. Please notify us of your intention to return by contacting us at help@tobeinbloom.com so we can start the returns process in a timely manner. Please note shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through InBloom. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

How do I return or exchange an order?

We accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

In order to preserve these ingredients at their most potent we combine these in our UL GMP certified facility that is audited routinely in partnership with NSF International to make sure the very best natural nutrition ends up in each spoonful of INBLOOM. Our formulas are created to deliver immediate impacts, but are at their best when taken daily, which is when their effects begin to compound. Right now you can only get INBLOOM on tobeinbloom.com but as we grow we'll let you know where else in the world we might appear.

Can I combine INBLOOM formulas?

Absolutely. Not only have we designed our formulas to compound their effects when taken regularly over time, but we also created them to work well together. Combine them based on your taste preferences and our suggested combinations on the website, and tag us at @tobeinbloom with your favorite combinations.

Should I worry about taking INBLOOM with my medication?

Our natural active ingredients are selected to be safe and gentle on any body, but as with anything else you eat or drink please consult your physician if you have any questions about your medication.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Our products have a two year shelf life from manufacturing date which is printed on each of our products.

Do INBLOOM formulas go bad?

The techniques we use to derive our powerful ingredients from whole foods ensures they remain potent and fresh for quite a long time - at least two years after they are prepared. You can find an expiration date printed on the packaging of each batch.

Are INBLOOM formulas vegan? Sugar-free?

At INBLOOM we aim to provide vegan and sugar-free nutrition whenever it's possible while also meeting our exceptionally high standards for clean, full-spectrum nutrition. In our current portfolio all products except the "Beauty Aura" are Vegan. Please consult each product's details page to confirm it fits your own personal dietary choices.

How should I dispose of INBLOOM packaging?

All of our shipping materials are recyclable. Our formulas are packaged in high-quality materials that are made to be reused - tag us at @tobeinbloom and show us what lovely second lives you find for your jars.
