Sunflower Butter Mousse + Wildflower Raspberry Chia Jam
This vegan Sunflower Butter Mousse + Wildflower Raspberry Chia Jam is packed with protein, and has gut friendly & anti-stress nutrients! Our friend Brooke (@rawbeautychef) created this recipe as some fruity inspiration as we move into Spring.
1) In a bowl, combine all ingredients for mousse and set aside.
2) In small saucepan, add raspberries and continue stirring over stovetop on medium-high heat until raspberries break down to your preferred texture (maybe you like your jam a bit chunky)
3) Reduce heat and stir in additional ingredients for jam.
4) Layer mousse in shallow bowl and top with jam (you could do multiple layers if you’d like)
5) Optional topping: dried raspberries. Enjoy!
