Brain Flow Latte

A morning ritual for the books. With lion’s mane for focus and ashwagandha for cognitive support, our brain blend brings clarity and focus to the day ahead. 


1) Heat up oat milk until just before boiling.

2) Add to blender along with Brain Flow and maple syrup, and blend on high for 30 seconds.

3) Top with cinnamon if desired.
