Vanilla Almond Protein Oats

The fiber of oats, the protein of plants. Change up your morning routine this fall with a bowl of warm and nourishing oatmeal.

Directions

1) In a small saucepan, bring oats and water to a boil then reduce to a simmer.

2) Stir constantly until oats are softened.

3) Whisk in protein until combined, and add a splash of water or oat milk if needed, to reach your desired consistency.

4) Top with almond butter, sliced banana, and hemp seeds.
