Berry Protein Smoothie
Like a Sunday morning, this smoothie is easy. Simple ingredients meet complex nutrition in this berry, avocado and plant protein mix. Need we say more?Directions
1) Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until there’s a thick smoothie consistency.

- 1 cup frozen mixed blackberries and blueberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 8 oz almond milk
- Handful ice
- Flaxseed (topping)
