Tropical Hydration Smoothie
Like a summer vacation disguised as a deliciously nutritious green smoothie. Making the most of juicy fresh melon, which is low in sodium, and very low in saturated fat and cholesterol, along with hydrating coconut water, and our Essential Elements daily greens and multivitamins powder, this smoothie is a source of essential nutrients for an inside out glow, and digestive health.

1) Blend all ingredients in a blender.

- 1 cup of coconut water
- 2 scoops INBLOOM Essential Elements
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina
- 1/4 cup of melon
- 1/4 of a lemon
- 1/2 a banana
