Directions

1) Begin by peeling your bananas then chopping them into chunks. 

2) Place them on a parchment-lined tray and pop them in the freezer for two hours.

3) Once frozen, let the bananas thaw for about five minutes or so. This will make them easier to blend. 

4) Add bananas to a heavy-duty blender or food processor

5) Add 1-2 scoops of Clean Green Protein in Vanilla to your blender 

6) Process the bananas until they break down and have a smooth and creamy ice-cream-like texture. Serve right away for a soft serve consistency

7) For a scoop-able ice cream, transfer the banana ice cream to a freezer-safe dish and freeze for 2 hours. Scoop and serve.

8) Top both variations with healthy favorites like blueberries, almonds, and bee pollen.
