Spiked Hot Toddy
Formulated by our Functional Nutritionist as part of our Holiday Remedy Recipe series, this spiked hot toddy is packed with immune-boosting ingredients. Green tea adds a boost of antioxidants that enhance the immunity-boosting action of this recipe from our Immune Defense, which contains Traditional Chinese herbals and Essential vitamins.Directions
1) Bring water to a boil.
2) Add the tea bag and steep for about 5 minutes (or more depending on personal preferences)
3) While brewing the tea, heat your mug by filling it with hot water. Once the glass is warm, discard the water and add honey or agave syrup.
4) Add the liquor, lemon juice, hot tea, cinnamon, and Immune Defense. Stir well using InBloom Air Whisk to help all the ingredients dissolve completely.
5) Garnish with the lemon wedge and fresh ginger slice. Enjoy!

- 2 tsp honey or agave syrup
- 1 ½ ounces brandy, whiskey, or rum (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon

- Lemon wedge, to garnish
