1) Prepare your morning coffee – we recommend espresso but filter coffee in a large mug works just fine.

2) Stir in one spoonful of organic honey.

3) Pour in ½ cup of warm oat milk. Top with your Brain Flow Single-Serve and a dash of cinnamon.

4) Whisk until delightfully foamy with your AirWhisk Frother.
