Here’s everything you need to know about your order’s arrival.

When will my order ship?

Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days (Pro tip: If you place your order before 1pm EST, it will get processed on the same day.) Then, one of our carriers takes it from there. We’ll send you a shipment email with tracking numbers so you can follow your order every step of the way. You should receive your order in 5 - 7 business days, and please note our fulfillment team does not fulfill orders on the weekends. Wellness = Balance.

I’m having issues tracking my order. Help?

Don’t worry. We got you. Text us for a quick response, or email our customer service team help@tobeinbloom.com and we’ll help find out what happened. If the problem is with one of our shipping partners, we’ll connect you to help you track your order.

Am I able to edit my shipping address for an upcoming subscription order?

Absolutely. (And it’s easy, promise.) Simply log into your INBLOOM account on our website and edit your shipping information.

Where does INBLOOM ship?

We are happy to offer fast and convenient shipping to all states in the USA and are also pleased to offer fast and affordable international shipping on select items to 23 countries with our partner, Mayple.

What are my shipping options?

We offer free Ground Shipping on every order over $49, or you can request Overnight and Expedited shipping if you'd like your INBLOOM order to arrive even sooner.

Returns

Not everything works out, and we’re ok with that.

What is your policy for returns?

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept product returns. In the case of damaged or defective products, please reach out to our team here within 15 days of purchase and we’ll get it all sorted out. If you’re unhappy with your order for any other reason, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.  Text us to get a chat with our concierge or contact us here.
