We’re in a high-growth phase and are committed to making INBLOOM an everyday nutrition staple in kitchens all over the world. If you’re a self-starting team player who refuses to settle for the status quo and lives for a good smoothie and beyond ordinary customer success - you’re invited to join us.

We are a fully remote team, but we aren’t the 24/7 on camera type, and appreciate that people are the most effective and do their best work where they are happy. There will be opportunities for company off-sites and local NY or LA coworking sessions.

Open Positions

We’re looking for an ambitious strategist and leader to join the Management team, with a proven track record of growing revenue in e-commerce businesses, and aligning revenue-generating activities across various channels to drive awareness, acquisition and retention.


Day to day projects:

- Develop a data-driven growth culture by building a revenue pipeline including forecasts, and, designing a KPI dashboard

- Build, manage and lead teams that are responsible for driving revenue, including Paid Search and Social, E-Commerce, SEO, Email/Text, Influencer, and Affiliate 

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to drive creative testing


Knowledge, skills & abilities:

- B.S. required, plus min. 5 years of growth marketing experience in a leadership position at a digitally-native D2C company, managing paid campaigns focusing on scale and cost efficiency

- In depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords (interest/experience with other digital platforms a plus)

- Interest and knowledge of the wellness category

- Ability to forecast revenue accurately, and ensure operations are measured and optimized to align with sales, budget, and marketing targets

We’re looking for an exceptional manager driven by ambitious targets and data, with an empathetic approach to customer experience and email/text marketing. You’ll optimize our existing programs to build a best in class customer experience for INBLOOM, both strategically and operationally.


Day to day projects:

- Develop the CRM strategy for full customer lifecycle support and growth

- Strategize and execute retention and CX techniques for loyalty, referral, subscription and customer reviews

- Create the monthly email/text calendar based on the brand calendar

- Collaborate with the creative team to build and deploy campaigns or automated journeys

- Oversee our existing CX team 

- Analyze success, measure campaign impacts, and continually iterate to optimize results.


Knowledge, skills and abilities:

- 3-5 years of eCommerce experience at a consumer-facing brand

- Interest in environmentally conscious brands, with a passion for beauty and a natural lifestyle

- Broad CRM knowledge and exceptional spreadsheet data analysis

- Focussed on customer learning and deploying tests for optimal insights 

- Ability to jump in to write or design an email in a bind, is a plus!

We’re looking for a strategic lead to own the INBLOOM E-Commerce channel and website, from revenue driving tactics, to data driven reporting, to SEO and overall site optimizations. You’ll manage multiple workflows with an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborate with the entire management team.


Day to day projects:

- Strategize, ideate, and manage all website initiatives including E-commerce, design, site mapping and SEO in collaboration with the development team and UX designers

- Design a reporting dashboard to effectively measure ROI and performance, leveraging Shopify Plus, session recording and Google Analytics

- Work with leadership and dev team to build out short and long term product roadmaps 

- Coordinate operational needs for new feature implementations, or product launches with the logistics team

- Conduct daily and weekly QA and UAT on site, specifically with new feature launches


Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Technical understanding of: Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Ordergroove, Google Analytics

- 3 - 5 years experience building websites and E-comm strategy for DTC brands, ideally including subscription modeling

- Financial acumen for reporting and analytical reporting

- Ability to jump in and mock-up page designs and/or copy to brief the dev team where needed

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial marketer in the beauty or wellness industry to help continue building our brand via creative product launch campaigns and strategic partnerships. As a highly organized, and diligent project manager, you’ll oversee all campaign timelines and external agencies, plus, measure the ROI for each initiative.

Day to day Projects:

- Ideate quarterly and monthly marketing strategies with the CMO surrounding product launches and other key moments in an effort to increase acquisition, and revenue.

- Own the brand calendar and create project planners to manage timelines for: photoshoots, launch campaigns, events, partnerships, or other evergreen efforts

- Develop new brand partnership concepts like events or collaborations, with like-minded businesses that are focussed on awareness and community building

- Contribute ideas that will support customer retention and build loyalty

- Collaborate and optimize efforts from our PR, email, text and paid media agencies

- Collaborate with the in-house social media and influencer team as the brand lead

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

- Solid understanding of how to build a work-back timeline and E-Commerce KPI’s; acquisition, revenue, retention

- Deck game on point; you deliver super detailed and clear campaign overviews

- Innovative; striving for better than the status-quo and seeking creative solutions

- Creative vision; translate brand values into creative asset direction and briefs

We’re looking for a social-first and clever content manager to join the creative and social media team. You should have examples of super personable brand profiles you have helped build, and content ideas you have executed on that successfully drove engagement and brand awareness.

Day to day projects:

- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to ideate the content direction per month, based on the campaigns and relevant moments:

-- Curate content from the in-house library; influencer, UGC, and campaign shoots

-- Source inspiring and relevant external content to repost

-- Graphic design concepts

-- Grid layout

- Build clear and detailed creative briefs for graphic designer

- Collaborate with team to review, edit and delivery assets for final approval

- Contribute ideas for shot lists and maintain ongoing inspiration boards for social first shoots with Kate Hudson and studio or in-house product shoots

- Contribute to ideas for new initiatives, like takeovers or other repeatable content series

- Come up with fun and on-trend ideas to engage the community using socially native tools and build the follower count

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Technical understanding of reporting tools for social media to share monthly insights

- Trend driven approach to social media content and feature testing

- Ability to manage project timelines
