Brain Flow Chocolate Smoothie

Directions
1) Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients
- 2 scoops Brain Flow
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ avocado (or more)
- ½ - 1 cup almond milk (use less for a thicker consistency)
- ½ cup cauliflower, steamed and frozen
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or organic peanut butter)
- 1 tsp of maca powder (optional)
- 2 tsp shredded coconut (optional but good)
- 1-2 tsp cacao nibs (pulse at end)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
