Chocolate Pumpkin Smoothie

Packed with plant protein and our herbal blend of ashwagandha and lion’s mane, this pumpkin-spiced, cacao-based recipe will have you feeling your best all autumn long.  

Ingredients:

  • — 1 scoop Vanilla Clean Green Protein
  • — 2 scoops Brain Flow
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk
  • — 1 handful spinach
  • — 1-2 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • — 1/4 cup pumpkin purée 
  • — 1/2 - 1 banana
  • — 1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
  • — Ice

    Directions:

    1. 1) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
