Here are a few of our go-to liquid suggestions (beyond the classic H2O):

  • Fresh pressed fruit, citrus or vegetable juice
  • Coconut water
  • Milk or plant-based milk
  • Cold or fresh-brewed coffee
  • Iced or fresh-brewed tea


  • 2 spoonfuls of each INBLOOM powder
  • 8 - 12 ounces of hot or cold liquid

Note: Most of these ideas work as well for warmed liquid as they do cold. Note that the Envirobottle is not suitable for shaking hot liquids, we recommend an electric whisk for ultimate froth and blend.
