Chia Pudding

  • — 2 scoops Beauty Aura
  • — 2 scoops Brain Flow
  • — 1 cup oat milk
  • — 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • — 1 tbsp maple syrup


  1. 1) Whisk all ingredients together until combined.
  2. 2) Cover and refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
  3. 3) Top with your favorite fruit.
